It would often depend on how many would work in a store, but given the payroll it was up in the air depending on the time of year.
Management is really accommodating, especially with last minute life issues.
As long as you’re male or evil like the manager, you’ll always get the hours and time off you want. If you’re backstabbing and try to start drama, consider yourself in with the manager!
Your schedule can be on your own time, basically, in that you can choose the days and times you're available.
As long as you come in before 9am and work your 8 hours, they're flexible with that. However...they will not let you "make up" hours on a future day, if you don't complete your 8 hours.
The worst thing about the reduced hours had to be that I didn't ask for my hours to be reduced and they reduced them so much that I had to quit
Management is very understanding of their employees personal life and availability. I was able to go to school and maintain my job here.
You can work with other associates to change shifts. You can take voluntary time off if the shift is covered.
Management is good about working with your schedule
Very flexible assuming you give the manager enough notice.
