Best thing was the 20% discount, which included clearance, sale items and alcohol. We sometimes got pizza parties or catering for holidays or special occasions (if we had a high ranking or good performance). Worst part was I wish we could have used % coupons with our discount.
Some company perks are the discounts you get on top of things that may already be on sale. In addition to that, if you get hurt they do pay for it.
Didn’t get any benefits aside from referral.
The company offers benefits for the employee + spouse + dependents. It isn't cheap but the company pays nearly 50% of health/dental/vision.
They offer 401k they offer vacation package however takes awhile to accrue weekly vacations. Medical benefits are very good and and they offer at a good price.
I was only a part time employee so I did not receive benefits. The flexible hours were a really nice plus because i was in college at the time i worked there
Terrible benefits after Bed Bath took over
Being a part time employee doesn't entitle employees to much, but sick leave (accrued based on hours worked) and a small amount of vacation (also based on hours worked) are given. A 20% employee discount is offered and, at times, employee appreciation events, which increase the discount. It is usually a fun place to work and the items sold here are great and varied.
Good Health benefit options, but not cheap.
They have a pretty extensive list of insurance companies you can receive your health benefits from. Very customizable, but can be pricy if you want a lower deductible.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
