No Cons really about the package, I know whatever position you are hired for the package varies. Supervisors are able to have stock in the company, while regualr associates just get 401k and some medical benefits.

Excellent health, dental, vision benefits and 401k even for part-time employees. Over time employees can accrue as much as 5 weeks of annual vacation time. Paid holidays for all major holidays, and time and a half on Sundays. Costco is a fantastic employer with a great benefits package.

there is a 401k benefits package and you can contribute towards it. They use T.Rowe Price and the stock holds pretty good value over time. With Amazon and other online retailers gaining traction, costco retains its value . Also it give discounts to schedule your vacations through costco. The pharmacy is great and has a lot of generic options for medicines. Also gives 175$ towards glasses and contacts. Eye exam is free if you do it there with your plan. Routine visits and check ups is just the co pay for in network providers which is plenty and ER visit is 99.

The best benefit would be the health insurance. The worst worst thing about earning your health inductance is that you must work an average of 24 hours a week to keep your insurance.
