“Best thing is the effort the company puts in, worse thing is not explaining it in detail but they are working on it. ”
“Great in the long run, need to stay longer to make it worth it. ”
“Blackout periods and specific time banks. ”
Well rounded, just need to investigate as it is undergoing a user friendly option for new employees.
Great benefits for both full time and part time employees and FSA available
Health Insurance, 401K, Dental included
Nice benefits really nice food
The benefits can’t be beat
Best benefits ever! Seriously recommend Costco!
Great benefits, awesome health insurance, great coverage can't be beat, makes up for worse working conditions
The BEST insurance of any job I've ever had. Health insurance, dental and vision, short- and long-term disability, 401k.
Pay is fine but benefits are what you stay for.
Best thing is that Full time employees have a really good health insurance, the opportunity to a 401k that the company will contribute to and eventually a better pay then what is now being given elsewhere, with the understanding that the company will demand much harder work then most retailers out there. The worst is that, at least the area that I work, has Unum for fmla and various leave of absences such as disability and maternity. Unum seems to have little to know real training for those at the base level, everything is a constant fight and the things they should be doing, especially when you've signed permission to do so, they still do their best to force you to do the leg work on. You are injured and its hard to get around places? ok well they will send your paperwork to the wrong doctor and argue that they cant tell you which of your doctors they sent it to, then email you the paperwork to get to the right doctor yourself. You get a run around and if it involves being paid while off they will do everything in their power to keep you pending or deny you until they absolutely cant deny you anymore.
