They just converted from lump sum at anniversary for PTO/Sick to accrual over time. Much more manageable and they changed their sick policy as well to compensate. The vacation is given 1 week at 1 year, 2 weeks at 2, 3 weeks at 5, 4 weeks at 10, 5 weeks at 15 or 20 I can't remember.

They only give 7 days per year, but they do give you paid holidays which is a plus. Wish they gave more days than 7 in an entire calendar year.
