Employer Summary

Effective January 4, 2016, we combined our Wells Fargo and Voya plans to create the Cotiviti 401(k) Plan, provided by Empower. Our new plan offers valuable features to help you save for the retirement you envision.

Eligibility: You are immediately eligible to participate in the plan on the first day of the month after you have completed three months of service from your hire date and once you have reached age 21.

Cotiviti matches 50% of the first 6% of base pay you contribute (excluding fee share and bonus pay).

    Employer match is average. Was good but now a lot of fees are involved. Ridiculous nickel and diming .

    401k is fair and also comparable with the market. They only match up to 3% of your 6% deduction. You can contribute more, but they remain at the 3% match. FSA is also available. Dental and vision plans are average.
