The best thing about the benefits is the employee discount. 50% off all cotton on stores and sister stores. Then once a month every month there are selected days where you can get 5 items for 70% off. It’s great and I love it.
Standard vision, dental, and health. Maternity leave was unpaid for part time and I believe 40% for full time. Also it was not for very long. You just had your job when you got back. No paternity. No paid holidays or time and half on holidays.
There were no benefits that came from working at Cotton On. They overwork their employees with little pay and very little employee coverage throughout open hours.
Hard to take PTO with the company always short on managers and not enough neighboring stores to borrow workers from.
There was no benefits offered at all. You only get benefits if you are an ast manager or manager
You don't get benefits if you're part time and almost all of their workers are part time.
None as a sales associate
best thing is the discount! %50
Most of the health benefits are not given to key holders. The best part of working there is the half off employee discount. The clothes are already fairly priced so the discount makes it even better.
They offer it all. The enrollment happens in July or 60 days after you start. In line with every other retailer.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
