It is okay for me. The health insurance for a family is expensive but the one for single is fine. The 401k kicks in after one year of employment and it is below the average.
Health coverage for family is too expensive. We had to look for an alternative health plan outside as premium for family would take nearly 1/4 of my salary. 401k plan is basically maxed 1% of salary and expense ratio for all mutual funds are extremely high (nearly 1% for vanguard us market funds where you can get <0.2% elsewhere) Dental/vision plans are same as health coverage. Good for single, but very expensive for family. I felt as if company wants to keep only young, single (healthy) employees only. Pto is ok. Vacation is limited. Long work hour for both store/corp employees. Regular work hour for admin office is 8-5:30 which is 9 and half hours. Lunch is officially an hour. Then it is 8 and half hours. Employee handbook says 40hr week. How can 8.5 x 5 = 40? Hope this would change as company grows..
Horrible Health coverage. Vacation or paid time off after a year. Long hours, Micro managed every step of the way.
Health insurance was expensive. The 401k contributions were nominal.
No vacation until 1 year of employment, then only 1 week shoddy insurance / 401k but the company match was laughable
They offer 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance. 6 paid holidays unless a holiday falls on a Sunday, which in that case they will not give an additional day off or holiday pay. You receive 1 week of paid vacation after a full year of service 2 weeks after 2 full years of being with the company, and 3 weeks after 5 years. Over all this is a good company to work for when it comes to making money to pay the bills, but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone due to the fact that they consistently get robbed and my safety is far more important than making someone else richer.
Paid Holidays, 401k after a year with the company, health insurance for upper management is better.
You earn your benefits. You earn one week of vacation for one year worked, 2 weeks for 2 - 5 years and 3 weeks for 7+ years. Health insurance is not the greatest, but rates are much better than buying through marketplace. 401k is offered also.
Things could have changed, so keep in mind this review is regarding employment that ended over 4 years ago. The benefits were extremely lacking. Insurance- for employee only, the insurance was actually not that bad, but that was at my salary of over $70,000/year. To add a spouse or family, you would have to get a second job to afford it. Just to add a spouse, it was over $700. Vacation- you received 2 weeks. For a corporate job with a college degree, 2 weeks was insulting, especially considering how much travel was involved. Sick time- 1 week. Pretty standard. No real issue there. Maternity Leave- they provide the minimum. This didn't matter for me, but I remember thinking if it would have, it was again, insulting. 401k- there was one and was pretty standard.
Medical benefits are expensive and worthless. Vacation/sick time are not accrued
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
