    Excellent 401k match up to 6% plus can get up to an additional 4.5% for age. Benefits overall are good.

    Coty hires mostly contract and temporary employees so most people don’t have access to the benefits. They pay enough though so you have decent compensation even though a staffing agency.

    Overall, the Summer Fridays throughout the few Summer months in New York "makes up" for the otherwise incredibly small vacation package for new hires. Christmas Holiday is a great perk as well.

    Pros: - Great manager - 7 Summer Fridays off - Week between Christmas and New Year's off - Comparable health insurance benefits - Commuter discount benefits -40-60% off select products at the company store (in NY office only) - 9-5 work hours for some departments - 12 week paid maternity leave and 1 week paid paternity leave - After 3 months at the company, gym membership reimbursement of 50% up to $400/year - Local bonus plan Cons: - No room to move up/get promoted on my team - only 10 vacation days (had 18 at my previous employer) - no work from home on my team (bad weather is an exception) - only 6 days of paid sick leave per year
