Moderate benefits package - I think they can do better for their size! This is my first experience with a massive company, and with many global counterparts, I'd like to see some more generous vacation matching that of our European counterparts. I am grateful they stepped up to cover reproductive health/out of state costs associated with recent Roe v. Wade decision in recent weeks.
Great time & great company to work for in the US considering the average: benefits include health insurance, 401K with 6% company match, great vacations plans (closed during the week between Christmas & New Year) + 7 summer Fridays in the summer. Depending on your position, you can also be offered a 10% bonus. Also, upon 1 year of seniority, up to 4 months of maternity leave is offered (there exists also a different plan for fathers).
