Excellent 401k match up to 6% plus can get up to an additional 4.5% for age. Benefits overall are good.
Coty hires mostly contract and temporary employees so most people don’t have access to the benefits. They pay enough though so you have decent compensation even though a staffing agency.
Overall, the Summer Fridays throughout the few Summer months in New York "makes up" for the otherwise incredibly small vacation package for new hires. Christmas Holiday is a great perk as well.
