Generous, they don't make you wait a year like some companies do.

LOTS of time off throughout the year, plus 1/2 day fridays in summer

same as most companies and only negotiable if you are connected to upper management

  • Jun 21, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Inventory Analyst in Sanford, North Carolina

Not enough days for new employees and you have to wait 5 years just to get another week added.

we had more paid time off with previous corporate team. But I feel it is within an average in businesses today.

fantastic! regardless if you get a standard 2 weeks, you get 6 fridays off in the summer and a week off between Christmas and New Years

for new hires only give 2 weeks, have to negotiate to get 3 weeks. It's possible to do it but have to be firm about it.

  • Oct 20, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Administrative Assistant in New York, New York State

It's great IF you negotiate for more. If not, you get standard 10 vacation days to start, 6 sick/personal days (for non-exempt employees), and 1-2 floating holidays (year depending). 7 Summer Fridays to choose for the entire summer, where you have the entire day off. Closed between Christmas and the Monday after the New Year.

  • Oct 13, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former General Laborer in Sanford, North Carolina

You get vacation but they are not paid vacations. The days you have off also are not paid.

  • Jun 21, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Buyer/Supply Management Planner in New York, New York State

Summer Fridays and week off between Christmas and New Year are great, but most employees still come in starting at 2 weeks off per year. Additional week gained at each 5 year stretch (unless negotiated otherwise).
