    Sonoma county has a great benefits package but the training is sub-par. You will be given a lot to do and will be told not to worry about it, just do your best. Good luck.

    The health benefits with Kaiser are tops, and there are other plans, but costly. The retirement benefit is great, but you have to invest your time for the long haul. Also the vision and dental are useful.

    It was a very comprehensive benefits package, while the membership costs rose about 55% in the past 7 years, it was one of the better ones offered

    Starting off - two weeks of paid vacation (earning a portion on each paycheck), 12 sick days a year (earning a portion on each paycheck). 12 paid holidays annually. Pension plan, 457 deferred comp, very expensive health care plans, vision, dental, FSA, HRA funds available on family health plans, educational reimbursement, fitness reimbursement.
