Sonoma county has a great benefits package but the training is sub-par. You will be given a lot to do and will be told not to worry about it, just do your best. Good luck.
The health benefits with Kaiser are tops, and there are other plans, but costly. The retirement benefit is great, but you have to invest your time for the long haul. Also the vision and dental are useful.
