Just know that if you leave Coupa, you will forever have problems with background checks. Coupa's HR team will not get back to any background check companies. Very poor reflection on the company that they make it so difficult for former employees.

Dental and vision is free and has great coverage. Medical options are fantastic with great employer contribution. Flexible spend and equity options have also been something that's beneficial to take advantage of.
11 paid holidays for US employees, typical health/dental insurance (I contribute $20/month for a single Kaiser plan w/ no dependents), 401(k) with company match up to 4%, tons of snacks in break room, free lunch 2 days out of the week, 3 weeks PTO, ability to work from home sometimes but not always, stock options, and some other stuff I can't remember right now.
