The medical benefits are fantastic. Dental could be better. I haven't used the Vision yet. We also get 401K.

Health/dental/vision is great for the most part, but severely lacking in commuter benefits. No ORCA cards provided. Instead they'll offer you a tax-advantaged program to pay for your own card. So not only will they not pay for it, you have to fill out more paperwork and submit receipts for an extra $10-30 a month. Not worth my time.
