Unlimited vacation policy and strong emphasis on family and personal time. Been working really late the last few weeks and need a day to regenerate? Take care of everything urgent and come back tomorrow ready to go.
I took a few vacations in my 5 years where I was not in cell phone range and was completely dialed out. However for the most part, I was always connected and planned for vacation by making sure that the ball never got dropped. This seemed to work fine.
