Great Benefit Package! Company really takes care of it's employees!
Okay health insurance and dental coverage. Used to be no premium for dental. Premium for health is reasonable.
401K has 6% matching. They also gave RSU stock.
Unlimited vacations, free lunches and snacks daily, 401k w/matching, department outings/team building events, ability to work from home when needed.
Free lunch, decent health plans (though price increased significantly in 2014), and 401k matching
re-enrollment process. Usually a push to a self managed HSA versus traditional medical coverage.
Love the benefits. Unlimited vacation, great health insurance, awesome office perks such as daily lunch, fresh fruit and snacks. Involved in community services and is supported by corporate by providing 3 volunteering days per year.

The benefits at CI are outstanding. Excellent medical coverage options, 401k w/match and unlimited vacation are just a few.
Best: Untracked vacation. If you're reliable and can engage well remotely when/if needed, you can take off with little notice. Several weeks of "vacation" a year, no problem. They are very family oriented. If our a parent in particular, this would be a great place for you. Worst: They moved from Fidelity and United Heath to T.Rowe Price and Aetna probably to save money. Fidelity has a lot more funds to pick from for your 401k and United Health has an ugly but pretty functional website ( actual coverage is about the same) .
