Current and former employees report that Coursera provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

“there health insurance is amazing it covers a lot of family members and other issues just like in case of an accident”
“Flexibility to work where is most convenient for you as an employee.”
unl pto after becoming level 3
Coursera continues to add to their benefit offerings -- for example, recently launching Modern Health, 401k match and two weeks of global rest.
Unlimited paid time off is a nice to have, but the 2 weeks of Global wellness (time off for everyone) is the best, as it really allows you to disconnect and prevents a 100 emails waiting for you upon return. The organization keeps changing so you have to be able to adapt quickly to changes.
Good parental leave. New global week of wellness company holiday for a week in summer and holiday shut down.
Social Media Strategy
Trying to pivot from EA to Social Media Marketer/Manager. Any tips? I’ve gotten Certs from Hubspot and am about to start one with Coursera. I have about 2 years of entry level experience, self-taught for companies that have had me manage their accounts while being their EA. I’ve done graphic creation, copy, planning and posting.
Data & Analytics Consultants
Has anyone who is already a data scientist done the OMSA program at Georgia Tech? I’ve been doing online courses on coursera to learn deep learning and time series analysis. However, I feel like I need something more rigorous so I truly get it. I’m hoping to solidify my data science skills and advance my career. I probably can get promoted without it but no sure if I can make it to the manager level without it. Anyways, is this a good idea?
