Does the Google project management certificate from Coursera actually help get a job or does it have a stigma of being "just a bs web cert" What the best source of low cost online certifications and endorsements that actually gets taken seriously?

Hello designers! Like many of you, I'm currently in the process of pivoting my graphic design career (about 8yrs of experience) into UX/UI design. I'm exploring the Google UX course on Coursera right now, but I also found an online bootcamp called DesignerUp. Has anyone tried out this bootcamp, and if so, what was your experience like? I can't find too many reviews about it online, but the founder's YouTube videos explaining the course seemed interesting. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like to get some advice on developing Tableau and SQL skills. I've learned the basics in college / grad school and I started working full time earlier this year. Nevertheless, I realized that what I learned is not enough, as the constituent relationship management database I work with is extremely complicated. (I've been struggling with imposter syndrome since day 1!) Any insights would be highly appreciated! (e.g., Coursera classes, other reliable sources, networking with colleagues, etc.)
