I thought the benefits package(s) offered were amazing.
The benefit package requires participation in programs like weight watchers or smoking sensation class to reduce weight or stop smoking. Completion of the program and achievement of the goal provides a discount for health insurance. This applies to each family member covered. The goal is to improve your health. If you are happy with your life style you are stuck with the higher cost.

You get 21 PTO days that's really nice and the money is good, but you have to put in for the time they give you points for calling off if you don't get the days you need you get points.
Benefits are quite good but new in 2019 is a $100.00 per month surcharge on top of the employee + one health insurance premium to have your working spouse on your plan if they could have gotten insurance through their own employer.
