Pro: Pretty fair market pricing for family health plan with variety of choices, 401k with match. Overall satisfied with benefits. Cons: None
The hourly pay rate was great as well as the benefits offered
Expensive health insurance. Manager is very generous for employee staffing/scheduling
Monthly premium of around $100 for myself as an individual, with higher out-of-pocket costs. Benefits are only maintained if you worked 30 hours or more a week, which in the case of low census, may not happen.
I like working with the resident
We dont have full time positions
Paid time off, sick time pay, and insurance
The best I have health insurance. The worst hug deductibles and doesn't pay that great on procedures.
Really bad staffing. Always short and that makes the residents suffer. Rude kitchen staff. Thinks whenever we order food for the residents that were going to go eat it ourselves. Management will harass you night and day to come in even when you have a very specific availability.
I am not on the benefits program. I do use the 401K though.
