Covenant healthcare offers benefited positions for both full-time and part-time positions. They offer benefits that you get to choose which work best for you.
Cost and your spouse has to take there benefits if offered.
BlueCross BlueShield insurance coverage is one of the top insurance companies to have. Was happy with insurance benefits.
Covenant Healthcare affiliated medical providers are the only providers that can be chosen.
Like most places there is not any benefits for part time employees. Great benefits many discounts to Dollywood and other places in the area.
The Benefits are comparable and affordable. Im happy with them!
Best thing is 100% coverage for hospitalization. The worst thing is the EYE coverage.
I like that we get bonuses a couple times a year, on average. For how many days we work a week we get decent PTO. The insurance is based off using Covenant for your healthcare needs, unless you live out of the area. Another con is with their insurance, you must have your car insurance as the primary coverage for auto accidents.
Excellent health insurance. Excellent 403b plus the money Covenant puts into the employee accounts.
