We habe 401k but is 8% and we have cigna vision insurance and delta for dental insurance the bad thing it’s that the medical insurance is expensive with Florida Blue. I’t verty hard To get vacations and pto you musy to Ask for pto 3 month before you go and follow up

They have insurance but it's expensive and it takes alot away from your pay. They do have 401 k but I never put money towards it cause I was paying for my family bills. They do have good vacation time. Two weeks after your there for two years. They have bereavement pay and they have some pay for pregnancy leave. No sick time pay.

They offer paid time off which was the best thing because our previous employer did not offer this and leave without pay was mandatory. The worst thing is the benefits package offers. The best package has a 7500 per year deductible (probably have to visit the hospital every other weekend to hit this deductible). The cheaper package offers a 3500 deductible. I have a preexisting condition. I try not to have to use the medical but even after a year, I never reached that deductible to help pay the medical. One doctor visit to a specialist left me with a 1100 bill and still paying at the other doctors, as well.
