Covenant takes care of their employees. They are not your typical company. Even though they have office all over he US, they treat every person like family and health and family are number one to them.
Company offers health, dental and vision to full time employees but not to part time or contact to hire. Reasonable price for employees.
Honestly there are none! They don't give you vacation like they said and they don't give you they pay they said they would. It's false advertising
It is too expensive for the employee and does not cover any medical or pharmacy until after you have already paid $3500 in a year, this is October and I still have $1500 deductible to pay before they will ever pay anything, so it is useless unless you get in a bad accident or get cancer.
6% 401 K match. Several 5k, 1/2 marathon, and marathon races the company paid for 50% of the entry. People always complained about the insurance, it is health savings plan. Offer life insurance your you and your family.
