“Decent matching. Pretty much standard.”
“You can work from home every day of the week but I would recommend going into the office still”
“A bit pricy for a family”
The healthcare package is pretty standard - but there are some perks: Paid Family Leave (12 weeks), strong 401k match, and Employee Stock Purchase Program. The 'Adaptable' PTO is ridiculously confusing though. That seems to depend on which team you work for - some folks get 15 days, others get whenever the heck they want. It's very lax on in-office vs. wfh as long as you're getting your work done, which is really nice.
Insurance premiums used to be covered. Benefits changes with Mckesson but still good overall.
Unlimited PTO 401k matching could be better
Allows a ton of customization options that allow you to create a package that works best for your situation
I’ve been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, and have been in management for several years in that field (though not currently in management). I’ve been with an insurance company for almost 10 years in various capacities and ready to make a change - more than likely leaving the organization. Is it worth getting a PMP certification? I have my BA.
CoverMyMeds offers a pretty comprehensive benefit options package.
Benefits and perks are above average.
The company perks at Covermymeds are amazing. The incredible culinary team, Coffee, beautiful building, onsite gym and tons more!
Best aspects of benefits are adaptable PTO. Worst is healthcare coverage.
Culture is very supportive and that is one of the biggest benefits.
They're ok. Review word limit.
