    The best thing about coverall is that it sells itself if you put in the work. Great inside appointment setters for commercial services that all companies need. The worst thing is having to drive to the office 2 times a week lol

    The best thing about Coverall Fresno is it’s a paycheck. Be prepared to be micromanaged, don’t question anything and be sure to enthusiastically agree with the new manager 100% of the time whether she is right or wrong. She will be wrong often because she is no good on the phone and has no idea how to obtain quality appointments. Her only concern is the number of appointments set, it doesn’t matter if they are qualified or not. Your account sales and new customer account starts mean nothing. Most of the tenured agents have left for good reason. If you can do all of this you get along just fine. Health benefits are very expensive compared to other companies. 401k matches a small percentage of your contribution,

    insurance has low copays and premiums aren’t terrible. IRA Matches 1%. 2 weeks vacation after a year, but PTO is accrued after 90 days (you get 5 days/year)
