they gave 2 weeks vacation as well as 5 paid sick days. They offered stock options and good healthcare. I have no complaints about the benefits package
Benefits are decreasing and costing employees more year after year
Very good 401K matching and paid time off program. Above average.
Covestro provides excellent benefits and extra perks for their employees.
I was just there for a summer internship so I was not eligible for their benifits package, but I've heard its quite nice.
Excellent health benefit plans (relatively low employee contribution and co-pays as well as low prescription costs) including dental and eye exams and glasses. On-site medical department. Rich Vanguard 401k with high company match percentage. Nice defined contribution retirement fund. Generous vacation and personal holidays. Broad training offering (functional to leadership), but not consistently promoted across departments. Rich tuition reimbursement plans, but not frequently exercised or endorsed. Flexible work schedules offered, but not highly supported. Strengthening diversity program. A number of affiliation groups available. Employee and spouse life insurance offered. AD&D insurance. Numerous national and local employee retail, dining, fitness center memberships, car discounts. No on-site child care (some discounts offered). No on-site fitness facilities (some discounts offered)..
steady reductions of benefits, salaries below average
Easy help access at the touch of a phone, email, or chat. You can be handheld through all questions to setting up your benefits. Only con is can't access your personal data and paycheck info from home, has to at an onsite computer. Rarely is there time to computer surf so have to come in early or late to get access that info.
Due to spinoff the benefits won't be as attractive. They are still much better than any other company I have seen. Fertility assistance, adoption assistance, and 14 weeks off for maternity leave. I'm Everyone starts with 3 weeks of vacation.
Very good benefits available at Bayer
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
