Best thing about benefits is the company match on 401k
Cost of insurance was high
this was a good company to work for but it did not have a chance to become a regular full time position for me.
401k match is horrible, raises are around 2.5% or less, areas where plants are located have high cost of living.
4 weeks PTO + core holidays
Benefits were fantastic, including Company car, paid cell phone laptop and PDA. Paid training., Full medical and dental insurance. Health insurance, life insurance, supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Two weeks paid vacation
Getting specifics was difficult, not covered at orientation

vacation time is accrue monthly now vs getting it all at the beginning of the year vacation week accrue is better now medical benefits are higher then before 401k is now matched lower and dependent on company performance bonus pay is good if performance is met short term disability is now covered 100% for 8 weeks vs 60% before Loss of vacation time and all now just PTO Call in procedure change and now on point system
Standard medical, dental, and vision. 6% 401(k) matching (on the low side for the industry). No relocation. No on site childcare. Small gym. Good luck getting the bonus promised. Annual salary increase of 1.5%.
