“The benefits were pretty good for someone just joining the work force. They could have been better but overall a good start.”

Great health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as PTO and sick days. I do wish they offered more flexible/remote work schedules for non-lawyers.

The automatic 10% match on the 401K and generous PTO packages are the best I have seen.

Good health insurance (Cigna), insurance covers about 90%, good 401k, 24 PTO

23 dates of PTO (combined sick/vacation time). Must come into work even during a blizzard, they put people in hotels nearby.

They have an excellent benefits package but the highlights are the four months paid maternity leave and 10% salary 401k match. The worst would have to be that you have to accrue vacation so starting out that can be a pain.

This company has a very good benefits package to start.

The benefits are great. They allow you to get paid out for your leave.
