    Great insurance. $850 deductible for $13 every 2 weeks for an employee only, $28 for employee and child, $39 for employee and spouse, and $53 for a family. There is also an option for a $500 deductible, but really, it's not very worth it because the premiums are about 2-3x higher, and the difference in premium more than covers the $350 difference in deductible. Co-insurance kicks in after the deductible is met at 20% for in-network, 30% out-of-network. Out of pocket is $2000 per individual for in-network coverage (after deductible, I believe) and $4000 for out-of-network. Doctor visits are $30 copay and $45 for specialist. You can use an FSA to pay for health expenses tax-free.
