Overall they have a pretty good benefit package.
Great PTO but insurance package prefers mail-in orders which takes 10 days to receive
The benefits seemed to be really good. However, I was hired on an worked in my early 20's, so I didn't use quite a bit of them. Coverage seemed to be good, but I never used it, just paid the premium...
Medical insurance is expensive and you get a discount on prescriptions. It was cheaper for us to go to the doctor and get scripts without insurance.
Very good benefits, 401k 6% match, healthcare with several tiers, access to FSA options, pension (grandfathered, but additional 401k match for newer employees)
Everything you can think of for almost nothing. Best insurance, pension, 401k, discounts, free cable and more
Worst thing... While you do get reimbursed for prescriptions - you have to lay out the money yourself ahead of time and then submit forms - big hassle....
Free TV and internet. 401(k), pension plan starting after 5 years. Sometimes hard to use vacation times because of blackouts and limited staff coverage.
Best thing is their health and 401k match. Use to get pension till about a year ago. Also the free cable and internet is pretty awesome if you live in their service area. PTO once you have been there a bit is pretty awesome as well
Pretty decent overall . But cheapest health cover plan didn’t cover many areas
