Fantastic health care options for substantially less than many companies; great 401K matching benefit; no cost pension; stellar PTO time plus paid holidays; employee discounts; non- standard benefits like an employee assistance program, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, rewards program, etc. All far above and beyond the standard.

Very nice benefits, pension plan was discontinued early this year. For health insurance selections are limited. PTO is faintly generous. The also used to have half day before holidays, no more

Best thing is free services. Worst is there are no longer performance bonuses for front line workers.

Private company, free cable/internet alone saves a bunch of money. I have Cable / Internet / and home security and pay around $50/month. Good 401k benefits. They no longer offer a pension but I am grandfathered into one, but they offer more for 401k now though. 2 weeks of paid paternity leave whether you are a man or woman. Plenty of room for advancement which is really nice. Good leadership as well.
