Very good vacation time, also you're able to swap schedule with coworker from a different shift if you don't have to take time off or vacation for doctor's appointment or any errands.
18 days vacation a year, and increases by 5 days every 5 years you're with the company. Also sick time, over time, and double time on holidays when worked.
Far more PTO time given than is standard. Plus, you're encouraged to actually take it. Allows for a great work life balance.
PTO is gained every payday, and very generous as well, even part timers get them
Time off is generous, but with the strict attendance policy and no flexible schedules, you are likely to use that time off faster than you may think.
I have been working here as an hourly employee for 5 years and get 18 hours of PTO per month that carries over from year to year so I don't have to try to use up all of my PTO by the end of the year. I do know that the salary employees needs to use all their time by the end of the year though.
4 weeks at day 1. 1 additional week at 5th, 10th, and 20th year. Paid Holidays
None being a contractor
A new employee gets 14 hours a month, when I left after 10 years I was getting 21.3 hours a month paid time off.
You get vacation but if you are a production job it's hard to take off.
