    Very good vacation time, also you're able to swap schedule with coworker from a different shift if you don't have to take time off or vacation for doctor's appointment or any errands.

    I have been working here as an hourly employee for 5 years and get 18 hours of PTO per month that carries over from year to year so I don't have to try to use up all of my PTO by the end of the year. I do know that the salary employees needs to use all their time by the end of the year though.
