The medical insurance is very good through Aetna, and is extremely affordable. Also good options for Dental and Vision. The 401k program is also very good.
The best thing about the benefits package is that once you retire, you are fully receive approximately 100 percent of your 401k plan.

HRP was subsidiary with employees fir over 20+ years. When fully acquired by umbrella company COX Enterprises employees LOST years due to vesting and as such LOST pension benefits that the other controlling subsidiary TELEREP. did not when these NY companies officially became COX Enterprises.
Good overall company benefits package
By far the best thing was leaving early before holidays and unlimited sick time. However, for all the benefits offered, the medical coverage was lacking. There was basic coverage but if you or your family really needed care beyond "standard care", it was not covered.
