Coyne is very committed to giving employees a great benefit package.
Benefits are great. Full medical, dental, eyes etc Matching 401k up to 6% . You do get a decent vacation package but it's hard to actually use it . They are pretty bare boned as far as staff goes so if you go away, expect to come back to mounds of work. Also they say you were allowed to work from home a few days a month, but I got the impression unless you were a "higher up", it was frowned upon.
Good PTO time. No 401k match or phone reimbursement and the maternity leave policy is terrible.
We recently lost much of our benefits after the large amount of layoffs. They are now calling medical and cell reimbursements and retirement matching "fringe benefits" that will never return. They were going to also eliminate disability and make it an option only if employees covered the cost.
Coyne offers a very comprehensive benefits package with top notch healthcare options,co-pay reimbursement and generous maternity/paternity leave.
Unlimited sick days, Reimbursed co-pays and Fully covered vision coverage were great!
After the financial disaster, employee benefits were cut. Say goodbye to essentials like vision and dental. My friend who collects garbage has better benefits.
The benefits package at Coyne is competitive with other PR agencies.
Benefits are great at Coyne. Medical, dental and vision are all top notch!
The best thing is unlimited sick days!
