Pretty Good Package: medical is United Healthcare with three plans an HSA or FSA, dental is through Guardian, vision is EyeMed, commuter discount for public transit, 401K is Voya matches 50% up to 6% of contributions, Life insurance, UPS Stock purchase plan and UPS perks with 15 work days or 120 hours of PTO.

None really. All benefit packages are great and meet all the needs

Can take off as much time as I wanted as a contract employee.
They have 12 days of PTO that also includes sick days. They have 401k offerings through UPS.
The number of PTOs are awfully low. Remote working is not an option. Only Christmas and New Year Day are off during the holidays.
