I think this is a great company. However, the pay leaves a lot to be desired for wanting to stay long term. In the interview, I was told about a lot of room for growth but I don't see that in the 5-10 year future either.
The best thing is the ETO and the 401k package. The worst is they've cut off all other employee benefits that are supplemental to the low pay.

The medical benefit choices are extensive.
Earning ETO from your first day of employment is the best part. The benefits are going downhill rapidly. There's no more profit sharing, next year there won't be a "Cadillac" insurance plan, only HRA or HSP. Yearly "merit" increases will be a maximum of 3%.
Benefits are good. Vacation is good but you can only roll over 120 hrs from one year to the next.
