Here at Creme de la Creme after 90 days you can apply for all Insurance, & 401K. You get vacation and days off as well.
I didn't get a raise in 2 years of working there Very little understanding in reference to time off. Management had little respect for personal lives and emergencies. High premiums and deductibles. Very shotty health insurance. Vision insurance was also really hard to navigate - felt like little to no providers were in network.
Takes into place after 90 days.
Every benefit you could think of. PTO, Overtime, Paid Holidays, Vacation, 401k, Medical, Dental, etc.
You are uneligible for paid holidays for the first 3 months; but earn 2 personal days every 3 months from your start date (i.e.: September 2017, December 2017, March 2018, June 2018, September 2018, December 2018, etcetera). Personal and Vacation days cannot roll onto the next year.
I could not afford the benefits package at Creme based on my salary. I had to but care privately because it would have taken away too much from my paycheck.
There is nothing good about the benefits. Also the benefits cost a lot.
There is nothing positive to say.
Very expensive, doesn't cover a lot. Not sure how much the company contributes can't be too much coverage terrible comparecoverage
Does not offer any type of savings plan. The insurance plan that they off is for off brand insurance companies and the price is way to expensive
