It is easy to receive when speaking with management.
Great benefits and awesome discounts at the retail.
After one year of working full time-time you receive two decent options for benefit packages and 1 week paid vacation; after 3 years you receive your second week of paid vacation, and your third week you’ll receive after 7 years
Its ight could be a tad but more bedderer

Salaries in Tech

Tier II Technical Support
2015 - Prep Cook at Cracker Barrel making $10 2017 - Pressure Washer making $15 2022 - Tier 1 Support Associate making $17.25 2023 - Tier 2 making $44k. Salaried, matching 401k, PTO, Stock Options, WFH days, etc. Never in my life did I think I would end up in a position like this. What’s more is my manager informed me that senior management has their eye on me for a manager position which starts at 56k. That would allow my wife to to basically not work.

It's great nothing is bad. I love them wish i could own one
Have to work a year to quality for benefits and they are very pricy and average quality
Great place to work have a employee assistance program to help with emergencies
Health insurance on day 1 (for all employees), 401k contribution, employee discount, decent vacation policy
Not much to say, it’s pretty okay overall
Health Insurance not so good
