Offers dental, vision, health, and life insurance but takes a year to get it. Paid vacation available.
I know that Cracker Barrel did offer benefits, however I did not utilize these benefits therefore I can not speak on it.
401k and vacations are great. They match 6% and you get 2 weeks of vacation after 6 months.
Little to no benefits when starting out. you need to work there for a while and move up within the workplace
The best perk of the Job for part time employees is the 35% employee discount.
poooooor management i would give zero stars if i coud do not work there they do not care about their employees and dont give enough jam
Best is generous discounts to employees
The Cracker Barrel benefits are pretty reasonable. They offer programs pertaining to scholarships, health, and dental plans, promotional opportunities, as well as prevention programs. They also offer paid vacation, employee discounts You can also work 1 year to get paid vacation time.
Great insurance benefits and Hours
One weeks paid vacation after 1 year. 3 weeks paid vacation after 7 years. The healthcare plan is not very good and you have to be basically full time to qualify (if you're a server you won't be scheduled near full time because they don't want you to go into over time). They do have a program where you can donate a small portion of your weekly earnings to their charity and in case of hardship (ex. house catches on fire) you can inquire with the program and receive money to help you with the hardship.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
