It was an internship and pay was hourly, so, had to clock in and clock out every-time you leave your desk. Benefits package do not apply for internships and it is only for full time. Company takes care of h1 b application for full time.
Great 401, and vacation, good bosses, and a good environment
At least we have them! Premiums are extremely high for size and growth of company.
Cradlepoint has a pretty solid benefits package. However, it would be great if they could contribute more to 401Ks
Best thing is 3 weeks FTO per year immediately, Worth thing is 401K match is a little light
Awesome overall benefit package for a company this size!
The health insurance plan went down this year, which is great, but there is still room for improvement. The 401K match is pretty good as well. Overall, the benefits are good for a company the size of Cradlepoint.
Good benefits but high deductibles should be offset with more company matching funds in HSA account. 401K match is good.
Effective immediately, sales staff are no longer allowed to schedule time off during the last two weeks of any quarter.
The plan is very low level to what is expected and a lot of people I know have their insurance through their spouses employer. The 401k is BS, in a year I put in $3100, their contribution was about 300.
