The best thing is paid time off. Need to work on small perks like food and coffee and company activities.
Medical coverage seems better than average compared to peers in other companies; good HSA benefit. Dental could be better but it is on par with most other plans

The insurance Co. and Crane office staff made it very easy to summit the paper work on line. The hard part was the time were changing to old time insurance to Obama care. Between the Crane office staff and insurance co. my question were answered and need were taken care of. Thanks

The total of 4 weeks paid time off was a huge benefit. The company is shut down between Christmas and New Years allowing for a nice holiday break without taking additional PTO.
Free coffe crafters and Tea of all types and different counrties aviable. I was not entiteled to other benefits, as I was a contrace emplyee.
The 401K package offered is beneficial, including both matching and non-matching contribution from the company. No PPO offered and only high deductible health insurance plans. However, company will contribute to health savings account annually to help offset deductable.
The health insurance is really bad if you do have to use be prepared to spend a lot of money out of your pocket and possibly go bankrupt in the process
