Tuition assistance program is great. The major must be something the company might need (no biology major in an electronics company) but that is understandable.
retirement plan benefits are ok to average of industry standard. 401k 50% match up to 3% salary 2% corporate profit sharing - deposited to retirement plan bonus plan based on group performance usually 1.5-4% depends what position you are prorated and based on separate criteria. health care insurance - 3 options expensive , very expensive , and ridiculously expensive (stay healthy and buy expensive one - premiums are not a lot $ but you get very little for it save some $$ for out of pocket expenses all hd hsa type plans no PPO available)
The best thing is paid time off. Need to work on small perks like food and coffee and company activities.
Medical coverage seems better than average compared to peers in other companies; good HSA benefit. Dental could be better but it is on par with most other plans
Poor health insurance, minimal raises, average 401k, average educational assistance, average dental, average HSA
Most employees complain of their package
