Nice annual company contribution to employee health savings accounts
Low vacation benefit, health insurance is standard, 401K industry standard
No vestment into 401k until 5 years. Bonus targets are unrealistic.
The worst thing about the company was the amount of money the benefits protected. you had a lot of optoins but they were not all useful. i would take a good look.
They work you here nights weekends etc... They only offer two weeks vacation but you can negotiate 4... Their stock options suck unless you get them in a down year thanks to the CEO... Health Insurance is good but they push more costs onto the employee every year...
Very average in all aspects.
The health plan is really good even though costs continue to rise and there are now spousal coverage and tobacco surcharges.

Great benefits offered here. All employees are eligible for Health Care (including dental and vision) as well as a 401(k) plan the company matches up to six percent. Company also reimburses employees for 1/2 monthly expenses towards a gym membership, up to a maximum annual value of $300.
Health insurance isn't great at all. HR does not help you with questions. You need to email a centralized service to help you answer questions.
