The The best thing about the employee discount program is that it’s tiered. The longer you are with the company the higher the discount. After you have completed a certain amount of years and you retire, you receive the discount for the rest of your lifetime.
If you are there for less than five years it is 30% Five years and over is 40%
Too low for newcomers. I think it's 30% off for the newly hired, 40% for veterans. In furniture and housewares elsewhere, a flat 40%-50% is more the norm.
They give you a discount on very over priced Chinese made stuff that is not good quality
Good employee discount. Insurance needs to be cost effective. Retail is hard .
employee should get discounts on furniture as well
Employees get 30% off most in-store purchases, which increases after five years. That also applies to CB2, which is nice.
30% off anything at the outlet - even below cost - but if you’re buying sale furniture in store you can’t buy it with your discount below cost.
30% for first 5 years part time or full time, 40% after. Additional 15% for holiday shopping.
Very generous, especially after 5 years
