It is not clear that you must accrue vacation time upon hire.
We have an excelente health insurance package, including flex benefits.and dental. We also have long term disability benefits, 401k, life insurance.
One thing that they do well is they do offer wonderful benefits. Full-time employees will receive 401(k), health and dental insurance, and two weeks vacation.
For 401k, if you contribute 6% they will match it. For health insurance the standard deductible is $1500 and the premium deductible is $1000.
