The bonus was great and the health insurance coverage was great as well.
We had standard benefits -- medical, dental, 401K. Vacation was 20 days a year and roll-over over more than a set number of days required partner approval.

Overall it's decent, but the first year they really penalize you with vacation time. They value anyone hired before 2009, as they have a pension. However, non-pension folk only get .5% more 401k match. That's right, less than 1 percent more and no pension. Health care costs have sky rocketed. If you're an hourly employee they take care of you with over time, holiday pay, shift differential, etc. If you're salaried, they are not competitive at all. You're better off working at another firm, they pay much better and have better bennies.
Good price for healthcare, the dental plans are average. 401K is avg.

Generous medical, dental and 401K. Very sharp and helpful benefits staff. Too bad the firm is run by sociopaths and most partners are too fearful to stand up to this nonsense.
