Company matching is dependent on how well the company performs financially.
You put in 6 percent and the company will add 3 percent, but only after you are employed for 2 years. This is non-competitive in the industry. Farmers Insurance pays 10 percent on top of 6 percent employee contribution. PEMCO pays 12 percent with no employee contribution. Why would anyone retire with Crawford?

The match 6% after 45 days of employment which awesome since most companies make you wait till a year of service .
Very satisfied with the 401K plan offered by Crawford. Their employee match is comparable to others in the workplace.
