The best thing about Crawford & Co Benefits will be the 401k and tuition reimbursement
Decent variety of benefit offerings.. costs keep going up every year, which isn't really a surprise with our aging population, but the high deductibles are expensive - need a PPO option
Very affordable and comparable to other insurance and benefits package in the industry. Easy to understand and navigate.
The company has some pretty good benefits, vacation, 401K, sick days and personal holidays, life insurance, short term insurance.
Benefits are pretty standard. As of a few years ago, they allow for 30-day leave without pay for just personal cause, no medical or family reason needed. This is pretty good considering that "life happens" and FMLA may not be applicable.
Good Work Place with flexible schedule, Had good Insurance , 401K , Holiday, Work from home , Vacation , Medical leave , Many Health programs like Heartwalk Programs , National walk day , Service day .
Best - Wellness Program & HSA Incentives Worst - High Deductible Health Plans (not affordable) for millennials
Worst: high deductible health plan
No complaints or issues with benefits. Vacation sick pay. Holiday pay. Floating holidays.
Best: offer several company paid benefits, along with a lot of voluntary benefits, and the benefits department is very helpful if you have questions about benefits. Worst: high deductible health plan. My family and I never come close to reaching the deductible, but on the occasion that one of us gets sick, we end up having to spend $500-600 out of pocket. Totally unaffordable. Sucky health plan. Could do much better.
