Very affordable and comparable to other insurance and benefits package in the industry. Easy to understand and navigate.
Benefits are pretty standard. As of a few years ago, they allow for 30-day leave without pay for just personal cause, no medical or family reason needed. This is pretty good considering that "life happens" and FMLA may not be applicable.
The company has some pretty good benefits, vacation, 401K, sick days and personal holidays, life insurance, short term insurance.

No complaints or issues with benefits. Vacation sick pay. Holiday pay. Floating holidays.
Good medical and dental coverage, but co-pay costs are high. No such thing as sick/vacation time. You will wind up working or you'll pay for it by getting yelled at. They say they give quarterly bonuses but I never saw one and don't know any adjusters who have.
Deductible is so high -- can't afford to go to doctor.
