    The benefit package measured up to other companies. They weren't that great but provided the medical coverage I neededf for me and my child.

    The medical benefits were overpriced but covered everything until the current health care law went in to effect. When I left, the medical benefits were still overpriced and covered very little with very high deductibles.

    cons: lack of innovation in their offerings no talent development programs except in their claims roles minimal time off 10 days no additions for direct role or industry experience and no ability to purchase, 3 floating holidays high deductible insurance is very costly to families - no diverse other insurance type offerings eg no backup dependent care, legal, pet, etc 401K match not competitive Raises given very infrequently - went through a 5 year period a few years back where they did not give any Employee discounts minimal Company social events almost non existent pros: 2 work from home days Sick days balance given in the beginning of the year - around 7 good work life balance industry certifications sponsored

    The benefits package at Crawford and Company was the only good thing about the job. Everything else about it was completely unprofessional.

    High deductible health plans with 10% coinsurance cost employees more out of pocket expenses. There is no equity in pay with women to men.
