PTO needs revision for new hires. Two week is not enough for work/life balance.
Nothing special. 2 weeks vacation to start, with about 7 days of 'sick leave.' Sick leave is use it or lose it--it does not accrue. This company should get with the times and get rid of sick leave in favor of PTO--a pool of time off that employees can use for any purpose.

They gave you 6.67 hrs per pay period and you had to request you time off at the beginning of the calendar ur. How ridiculous is that?
