Multiple options for health insurance that fit different employee backgrounds.
It was very good, they spend a lot of their company budget on it every year. So that was a plus to know how much they care.
Not a great 401k package, decent healthcare, not really sure about the rest. Pay is pretty good for being in addison.
Offer had stock options yrs ago. Old handbook said vested quarterly over 4 years. I'm fully vested but now they force RSUs w/new req'ts ... so meaningless. What happened to integrity?
Great options for all ages, health, and family size. Two dental options. Company pays for basic life insurance and disability with no charge. 401K offered with nice matching policy.
Good bonus program, 5 year vesting for 401K really long, insurance plans are fine, but more expensive than competitors, fewer PTO days offered compared to previous position
Industry average pay with above average bonuses. Life insurance amounts significantly below what I've seen at other places both for base and available supplemental. Health/dental/vision on par with industry. 401k matching ok but with long vesting period compared to other places I have been. PTO is good but with being forced to take PTO at Christmas to make up for less than average Holidays this places PTO below industry average.
Benefits are on par with most companies
Salary is at or slightly above market. Bonus and benefits far exceed market. Family and career benefits are excellent when compared to competitors.
Good bonus program but it mainly makes up for slightly below market salaries. 401K contribution is ok, but nothing to cheer about. Way behind their competitors for family leave. Health insurance is fine.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
