Credit Karma does a good job of balancing practical perks (401K, baby bonding, etc) with other benefits like free snacks, yoga classes and gym subsidies.
Company perks are good but no as good compared to other startups that offer full meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Good Medical/Dental, Bonus structure is inconsistent and expenses are sometimes not reimbursed.
Best - Sick time and vacation. Health Insurance can be better.
Considering our worth, I'd like it if they covered a larger percentage of our medical/dental/vision expenses. We're not getting any younger. I make use of the Meditation every week.
All the standards (subsidized medical care plus vision and dental, commuter spending accounts, snacks) plus unique extra benefits like free on-site yoga and meditation
For someone in his/her early twenties, there's little to complain about; equity options, free food, 401k matching. People in this market are spoiled; the biggest benefit is challenging, relevant work and a great office culture
No real perks compared to other start ups in this Area. Matching 401k though. Snack selection and vacation policy is minimal..
The wonky 401(k) matching plan requires working at the company for four years to take full effect.
Wellness workshops and fitness classes. Stock options.
