Health insurance is at a very low cost in my opinion. The 401k contributes regardless to the amount of money I put in to it.
It was very easy to enroll
Even though CS provides employees with Maternity/Paternity of 20 weeks, I only know a few people who took full advantage of the 20 weeks. Fidelity manages CS's 401K program; CS contributes a flat sum to your 401K plan. Medical health insurance providers are Anthem and United Healthcare; Dental is MetLife; Vision is EyeMed. CS uses Perks at Work which provides employees discounts to shows, theme parks, electronics, etc.

Generally better than most US companies
Very competitive package. If you're willing to work hard and stay the hours, you'll be financially taken care of.
Comparable to most other places
Best: 1 full day a year paid for volunteer work with an approved non-profit. Worst: donations not matched to many non-profits, including colleges and universities.
