Great 401k even if you do not contribute, the Company still will. Starting PTO of 15 days, can get 20 at AVP level. Offerings of FSA and HSA and many other perks as well as flex days for banking holidays if you do not wish to take them off.
Very good good benefits at the time
401k matching and lots of flexibility in the investment options. Plenty of vacation days. Health insurance was pretty good (employees could choose type of coverage they wanted - high, medium, or low deductible plans)
