Great benefits for all full-time employees. Managements reviewed employee benefits on an annual basis to find the best program available.

I would say the benefits are average for an established company. Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected for a technology company of its age and size.

The insurance and 401K were very good.

Pretty good for a normal company, pretty meh for a "tech" company. Not very flexible work schedule, 401k is a flat 3% (good or bad depending on how responsible you are), health insurance is pretty good. 3 weeks off is standard upon hire + 3 sick days per year.
