Different Options offered to suit for needs
Great 401k matching (though I do wish a ROTH 401k was offered). Good PTO and good flexibility.
Best is healthcare benefits, insurance and 401k
Healthcare plans are decently priced compared to buying it on your own, although still hard to afford at times, but that's probably the situation for anyone with insurance right now. Employer matches up to 6% of 401K amount. Employer-paid life insurance at no cost (additional coverage is on you). Decent discounts at other hotels but sometimes they don't stick very close to the rate they're supposed to stay near, when possible. No employee discount at restaurants/outlets within properties- none that I am aware of. Vacation time and PTO time is earned. Discount with Verizon phone services. Up to 6 weeks medical leave after working for a year- not sure if paid or not. Employee of the month (property specific) gets $150 on their paycheck. One free meal per 6 hour shift.
